A fine quality antique early 20th Century wood carving of a pride of three lions, c1910. We believe this is an Anglo-Indian object, but it could be Chinese. It is a good size and weight, and the three lions have inset glass/bone eyes.
The quality of the carving is very good, with excellent composition and detail, and the colour/patina is great. The carving is in good original condition, with only minor age-related surface wear and no obvious losses or damage.
